The Cravers offers services in the following areas: SEO, Web Development, Web Design, Google My Business (GMB) Profile Creation, and Database Management. Our services are project-based, with the cost varying depending on the scope of the project.

Payment Terms

To begin a project with The Cravers, you must make an advance payment. Once an invoice is sent to you via email, your payment confirms the initiation of the project. The cost and terms of each project may vary, and details will be included in the invoice. Payments must be made within the stipulated time frame in the invoice to avoid delays in project commencement.

All payments for projects are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the stage of the project. By making a payment, you confirm your commitment to the project and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

Project Timelines

The minimum timeline for the completion of any project is three months. This timeline includes project setup, implementation, and review. Please note that certain factors may affect the duration, including the complexity of the project and external influences beyond our control. We aim to keep you informed of the progress throughout the project duration.

Project Approval and Changes

Once a project is submitted to the client and receives approval, no further changes can be made without additional fees. If a client requests changes after approval, the additional cost will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. The amount of the additional fees will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project execution, you are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to communications, and meeting any agreed deadlines for approvals, deliverables, or payments. Delays in providing necessary information or meeting payment terms could result in delays in project completion.

Contributions and Social Impact

The Cravers is committed to contributing to social causes. For each project, we set aside 10 Indian Rupees (₹10) for donation. At the end of each month, the total accumulated amount is used to support needy people with food, drinking water, education, and other essential needs.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the work produced by The Cravers, including but not limited to websites, designs, and databases, remains the property of The Cravers until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of completed projects for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Personal information and sensitive business information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or necessary for the performance of our services.

Termination

Projects may be terminated by either party with written notice. Given the non-refundable nature of our payment policy, refunds will not be issued if a project is terminated after it has commenced. If termination occurs, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

The Cravers shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Our liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the project in question.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Cravers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about our policies. Continued use of the website or services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
